A salesperson that makes a phone call or visit to a buyer when the buyer is not known to the salesperson and is not expecting to speak to him or her.

A: I am exhausted. I must have visited every company in the city trying to sell this office furniture.

B: Did you make any sales?

A: No. No one bought anything and all the people I talked to were mean and rude.

B: I totally understand. Cold calling is the worst.

A:沒有。
