A secretary, assistant or employee who screens calls and visitors and decides who gets to meet with higher ranking managers or executives.

gatekeeper一般是指「守門員；看門者」。在商場上， gatekeeper指的是一間公司中過濾(screen) 電話或來訪者的人。此人通常是秘書、助理或是員工，他們可以決定誰可以或不可以見公司高層 (higher ranking) 經理或主管 (executive)。
