draw 預支佣金備額
draw指的是一種支付薪水的結構,通常業務員的薪水來自佣金 (commission),不過他們還是會有很少的底薪(base salary),也稱做draw,一旦他們開始收到佣金,便必須將當初預支的佣金備額還給雇主 (employer)。這種制度是要給業務員在一開始工作時,或者在業績清淡的那幾個月 (slow months) 有些薪資可以過活。
