Don't wash your dirty linen in public.--

的確,there is a skeleton in every closet(家家有本難念的經),誰家沒有醜事?

A: James, I heard that the meeting your friends set up to introduce a prospective spouse to you didn’t go very well.
B: That’s right. I thought that it would be better to come clean, so I told her that my dad’s a drunkard.
A: And then what?
B: And that my mom loves to nag, my sister is a couch potato, my brother is a menace
B: …that my uncle is a gambler, and that my aunt is an opportunist.
A: Heavens, don’t wash your dirty linen in public. You were way too honest!

A: 然後呢?
